I've never had tomato soup, it sounds strange

but today I had spaghetti with chicken thighs

chicken thighs are the best part of the chicken.

I also like wings but as far as the other white meat on the bird, it's easy to overcook it by a lot and then you might as well be eating sawdust.

All parts of the chicken are excellent, they just need to be cooked properly. Dark meat is easier to cook and more forgiving.

In regards to the meat, yeah. The flipside is that thighs are less forgiving when it comes to rendering the fat and getting the skin cooked properly.

Even though it's virtually impossible to overcook thigh meat, you can still usually tell if the person is a good cook or not from the skin.
