Well like most southeast Asian countries they put soy sauce on everything.

Which is like 50% wheat.

And hence I cannot eat it.

Well now you do.

They do make soy sauce out of 100% soy but it is more expensive.

They call it Tamari.

You can replace regular soy sauce with it but due to cost, most people do not.
