My favorite part of episode 9 was
Spoiler: when Caiman was fighting at Blue Night and he asks a stall vendor for a kitchen knife and the dude just hands him one like no big deal.
This is the best (might be a spoiler that hasn't shown in the anime yet) depiction of hell ever and Caiman fits right in. I love it.
Oh Caiman leaving Nikaido behind is going to backfire on both of them.

Spoiler: I thought the Sorcerer's world was actually hell. I guess it's just next to hell.
What I want to know is what the devil's contracts are commonly used for--controlling someone else is apparently an uncommon usage.
I had presumed initially En would get some of Nikaido's ability but since he controls her, I guess maybe that's not necessarily the case.

That episode was great.
It was also the last.
No sequel is announced.
It being a netflix exclusive probably significantly hurt it.
I don't like that, but I kinda do. Fuck netflix. Maybe less studios will be willing to accept that deal in the future.
Hmmmm I like the anime more than the manga but maybe I could read the manga anyway.
