I'm sorry for the mass cravings of gingerbread

I had a nice bank holiday weekend Finally got the motivation to finally kick up the exercise so started my couch to 5K from scratch again, and did some youtube dance workouts which were fun. Then spent Monday doing the second coat on our hallway/stairwell/landing. Took all day but it looks good and we feel very acomplished! Finished it off with a cider in the garden and a Chinese takeaway as a pat on the back for us

I've been doing Fitbit Coach workouts, legs are aching today. Also found a training program called Wimp To Warrior which looks fun.
