2. Don't melt it. Just let the warmth of the nachos melt it a little

If you grab a huge handful and melt it all together then of course they're gonna stick together that's how cheese works (except like feta, what a nonconformist).

Microwave is usually pretty gross (though some pizzas do better than others nuked).

On the other hand it's also the fastest and easiest.

Oven works decent but it takes the longest.

I have a countertop pizza oven, that works well.

But you know what actually works really well? Warming it up in a dry frying pan on the stove.
