I had a tamale with olives once.

The key to using both cheese sauce and hard cheese on nachos if you don't want them to stick together:

1. Don't use so damn much hard cheese.
2. Don't melt it. Just let the warmth of the nachos melt it a little

If you grab a huge handful and melt it all together then of course they're gonna stick together that's how cheese works (except like feta, what a nonconformist).
