japan's got a system that makes the men and the women hate dating because their rigid structure basically paves out a path for them the second they get married

men have to work 12+ hour days and go drinking with coworkers and women have to give up their jobs and immediately get pregananant

That's what sucks about Japan.

But with women it's a bit more complicated. They don't have to give up their jobs. But they must choose between having the job and having kids.

It's not black and white. Women still can work in western companies in Japan or as freelancers. Not all companies use the Japanese way of doing things. But many of them still do.

she's also pushing 40 so that's not helping.

And they want kids but visas and stuff
