It was delicious despite I was thinking it was going to be totally gross.

what year? I used to live in New Orleans

I can't rightly remember, 5 or 6 tears ago

nah, probably 7 or 8 to be more precise.

Oh that was after I left.

It was probably 2012 or 2013

Still after I left.

I last lived in New Orleans in 2005. Katrina.

Later that year I DEPped into the navy and shipped out in May of the next year.

I didn't know you lived in New Orleans Jas

What was that like?

I had a good buddy who lived near there.

Incidentally I was visiting him when I went to Mardi Gras
