I like tech fighter types, like Monk or Rogue.

I have played a couple of dexterity-based fighters which I was really fond of though.

Well, I've played Monk, I like a more tactician type of player, so I always play my characters like that regardless of what type of character I play.

The other players have decided I'm just a better rogue than anyone else. A rogue is pretty much the ultimate tactician, beside the wizard. That's a toss up. Still I'm fond of rogue over wizard 'cause if you divvy your skills up right, you pretty gain close to the same tactician a wizard has through Use Magic Device.
