I think it's 89x9

If each box is 9 pixels and each space is 1 pixel then sum(box) + sum(space) = 9*9 + 8*1 = 89

Then the height for squares should be 9 pixels.

Sure but they have a transparent hue around them too, that gives them more of a 3D appearance. So they are actually bigger than the 9 height

Ultimately it's up to the Admins if it would be accepted. Truth be told as long as it fits the size of 89x15 it can be uploaded as a rank bar.
