I get that but you can just walk around.

I take a walk and have.

If my supervisor asks what I'm doing, I'll tell them I'm taking a break, if they get upset I'll point out that the smokers are taking a break, this shuts them up. (my current boss has never asked me, in fact was upset when I didn't take enough breaks.)
