We are running out of stuff so yesterday was just meat, whatever they put in the Mexican cheese blend at the store, onions, sour cream, and hot sauce.

Consider this Jas:

Regular Cheddar cheese is better on tacos and fajitas and whatnot than any sort of Mexican/taco seasoned blend.

There's nothing that those blends are actually better on.

ew, no seasoning. It's just like a blend of monterrey, cheddar, and something else. I don't even use taco seasoning in my tacos. I season them like a man.

Yeah I know I don't put too much stock in the Mexican cheese industry in western PA.

But it's good on tacos anyway.

You should try a cheddar/mozzarella blend some time if you feel so inclined.

Might sound weird but mozzarella is actually somewhat similar to some traditional Mexican cheeses.

looked it up and it's cheddar, Monterey jack, asadero, and queso blanco
