We are running out of stuff so yesterday was just meat, whatever they put in the Mexican cheese blend at the store, onions, sour cream, and hot sauce.

Consider this Jas:

Regular Cheddar cheese is better on tacos and fajitas and whatnot than any sort of Mexican/taco seasoned blend.

There's nothing that those blends are actually better on.

You'd hate mine then.
Sad thing is I actually like spicy but my stomach is still a big iffy with it
I've been trying to train myself to eat it again though by making stuff slightly more spicy every time
keep up the training; beat you'll get on my level.

ew, no seasoning. It's just like a blend of monterrey, cheddar, and something else. I don't even use taco seasoning in my tacos. I season them like a man.

I apologize for my toxic masculinity but I will do nothing to change it.

Oh ok I'm glad you don't buy that seasoned blend crap.

Though I'm not sure what makes a blend of non-Mexican cheeses a Mexican blend.

I mean in Mexico they'd use actual Mexican cheeses like Oaxacan.

Yeah I know I don't put too much stock in the Mexican cheese industry in western PA.

But it's good on tacos anyway.

Growing up we just used sharp cheddar

You should try a cheddar/mozzarella blend some time if you feel so inclined.

Might sound weird but mozzarella is actually somewhat similar to some traditional Mexican cheeses.

Also now I want Mexican. But I don't want to make anything myself today. Los Mezcales tonight.
