You're welcome. I had tacos last night. They tasted like tacos.

Usually I make them but yesterday my wife made them. They turned out well.

We are running out of stuff so yesterday was just meat, whatever they put in the Mexican cheese blend at the store, onions, sour cream, and hot sauce.

i usually have meat, cheese, mild salsa, and sometimes some lettuce and/or red onion. Never been a fan of sour cream myself

I like it.

I hail from Texas so I cook a lot of Mexican and Tex-Mex food because that's what I grew up on.

My favorite things to make are fajitas and chili (both technically Tex-Mex more than Mexican).

Sad thing is I actually like spicy but my stomach is still a big iffy with it
I've been trying to train myself to eat it again though by making stuff slightly more spicy every time

That's about an average amount of cheese for a pasta bake in Wisconsin.
