i feel bad for all the UKers in the housing crisis

like, newer generations can't pay the absurd prices for properties and you gotta live in tinytown like that

i guess it's about location, i'm in tiny town, as in my town's status

Yeah, according to that real estate site it's valued at £165k, which is about $200k.

Based on my house shopping experience in the Pittsburgh area, that's perhaps on the high end but roughly comparable to this area, so long as it's not way out in the boonies (and not downtown somewhere).

I paid $220k for mine, which is bigger but it's also a townhome. Turns out you can get twice the home for the same price, so long as you accept a shared wall.
