Well, as far as identifying an author, it's proper for it to be on the left.

However, I like the idea, that I can just get to the post and ignore the avatar and stuff. Which is easier when it's on the right.

Actually Free I have one request for the mobile version that's pretty minor if it's possible.

Can we get mobile to display thread creators and latest posters instead of only latest posters? Or would that make it too cluttered?

I don't like always having to go into a thread to see who made it.

And yes I know you can hover and see a thread preview that shows the OP's avatar, but I don't know every damn avatar. Or maybe just the preview could be tweaked to show their username.

That's basically the only thing I don't like about mobile.

(Recent posts displayed at the bottom of the index page would also be nice though.)

The preview thing happens by default if 1 or more new posts were made after you entered the thread but before you hit submit. So you can review them. I believe it's an option you can turn off in your User CP, but I haven't bothered finding it yet.

I mean, I suppose that might not be the only reason it's happening to people, but I guarantee you it is a reason. This type of board does that.

It's possible something might also be borked.
