Also, the kid is doing Rasengan. They just don't know the proper name of this technique.
And Naruto needed a copy of himself to do it in the beginning. But the kid is trying to do it without Clone Jutsu, so it won't work.

It's like the furthest away the series has ever been from getting an English release. They went nanners and added more IPs to it than any other game in the franchise, by far. There are franchises in that game that will most likely never make it into the main series games, even in Japan.
In the West it'd cost a million billion dollars to license everything in it.
Shit's crazy that a damn mobile game gets more than the main series games.
Also I've heard that special event suits are only ever offered once so it's probably on the extremely p2w and whale friendly end of the gacha spectrum.
