Just be yourself. Do not attempt to be/become anything. The you is ok.

And I don't mean the usual bullshit "be yourself". I mean, screw the society. Provided you're an adult, no one has the authority to tell you how to behave, what to like, how to dress, what to do with your body etc.

The only thing that is worth paying attention to is what is true and what is false (e.g. science etc.). Everything else is just an opinion and your opinion can be different.

It's not easy to ignore the society, but it might make you more happy in the long run. (But one still needs friends of course.)

Well, if one is in a psychosis it's a serious thing. Maybe anti-psychotic drugs can help with that.

It's usually the case that people are not constantly experiencing psychosis and there are periods of psychosis and periods of no psychosis. And in the no-psychosis periods many people don't believe anymore in the things they believed in when in the psychotic period. So they try to look for psychiatric help etc.

If one has constant psychosis, the only hope is someone else helping the person.

The word woman is ambigous and it might mean different things.

What is true is that (most, depending how you define trans women) trans women are male.

What is also true is that many trans women function in the society in the same way as non-trans women.

Does the word woman mean sex, sexual characteristics, gender identity or gender role? The jury is still out I think.
