Episode 21 was all sorts of fantastic.
Finished ep 23 and now I'm caught up.
I looked on MAL earlier and this will have 50 episodes!
It's gonna get better from here.
I wonder if we'll see romance.
It's not the point so I wouldn't be surprised if not.

This anime is all over the place, little bit of romance, a little bit of slice of life and hasn't had too much actual sport, only three matches if I remember correctly? It is certainly different from other basketball anime's such as Kuroko's Basketball. I think my favorite character has got to be Momoharu, can't wait to see his character develop into a leader for the group. Does anyone think they'll make the interhigh?

Given how long a single match lasts in this anime--wasn't the last one like 5 or 6 episodes? I bet we're gonna spend the entire rest of this 50 episodes in the preliminaries for interhigh.
They haven't won a major game yet--they've come close to winning twice, both in practice matches, but not against a full-strength opponent.
I feel like storywise, they'd have to go to interhigh but at the same time, the story is telling us they're not ready.
I don't know, that's tough. I try to read the story's dramatic curve but I don't see it. This ball could go over or under.

Good start to this game. Hopefully it finishes in the episodes I've let run before now.
