So I went to London, watched Weathering With You at Picturehouse central (which is a gorgeous cinema!), then a bit of shopping, a meal and off to the theatre to watch Dear Evan Hansen. Yesterday wasn't feeling to well but did see my family briefly for some cake

It was incredible! I wasn't so enamoured with the set design but it completely didn't matter. The London cast were very good! Evan and Zoe were both new graduates, first role on West End but you couldn't tell. Sam legit cried nearly all the way through

Just got back from watching 1917. What a film. Absolutely breathtaking and heart stopping. I don't think I've ever felt so tense watching a movie.

*nods* good to know.Pixiedora wrote:Hey NaokiIt was good yes! I don't think it was as good as some of his other films and I maybe would've cut it down by like 20 minutes but I still very much enjoyed it. As expected his animation is beautiful, I've always loved his skies.
I'm going to have to wait for the DVD release to see it (missed my chance to see it in the cinema).
Even if it isn't as good as I expect it to be, the animation won't let me down that's for sure. XD
I've heard a lot of great things about this film, so this too is on my watch list. ^^Pixiedora wrote:Just got back from watching 1917. What a film. Absolutely breathtaking and heart stopping. I don't think I've ever felt so tense watching a movie.

Hey Teeny! I was meant to be doing DnD today but our friend is ill, so I've arranged for another friend to come and have a board game evening instead! Tomorrow is a family meal
