I am now not 30 but in my 30s. My hair is going white but I ran 10km today so I have that going for me. Line up ladies.

how bad is it, I honestly don't remember my dad getting any grey hairs until he was in his 40s, I started getting mine at 25. I have solid white streaks from temple to ear now.



I did not go on a run because I am a lazy piece of shit.

You guys are weird. My hair is the same.


That said I probably cant run 10km becaaaause I dont like running. But I can do compressions for a solid 5mins and still maintain a depth of 2inches before my arms start cramping up. :smoke: *flex*

I can run like... 100m?


I can probs jog a solid 1 or 2km

not really fit enough for more than that.

I can do at least 3 push ups.
