Finished episode 2, love the juxtaposition of the girls' creations and the real world. Makes me wonder when the place will be repaired and they move all that stuff out of the storeroom.

Ep. 3
This was probably my favorite one so far. It's nice to see them getting started on a project, even if it was just the planning and a few initial sketches. I really liked both of the animation fantasy sequences in this one. Probably had the best comedy so far as well during the clubhouse repair scenes.
Though they missed an opportunity to have Asakusa tell Mizusaki that astronauts go to the bathroom in their suits.

You know what's cool?
That Sayaka is often very critical, but when the time comes, she joins them in their imaginary adventures.

Ha ha. I liked this one very much as well.
They explained limited animation and some ways to avoid animating too many details.
And they also explained the logical progress and the whys behind all of the scenes (e.g. the thing about the turret). That was great.

+1 to this, its very clever how they incorperated both of the animators styles and what they wanted to show.

Also the cheat to show multiple explosions, I had a momonet of "ahhh that makes perfect sense".
So far this is turning into one of the best anime this season,

Finished Episode 3 – Let's Accomplish Something!
Yup, reusing stuff happens a lot, be it backgrounds, characters or effects. Sounds like it's going to be a fun project. Makes me wonder if their presentation might get them more students?
Of course, I can also see trouble coming their way when Mizusaki's parents find out what she's up to.
The paper punch is a good idea.

Re: Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!
Another solid episode all around. The entire budget meeting scene was great. Certainly an intense student council. Kanamori stole a lot of the scenes again for me (but it was cool seeing her meet her match against the black student council girl), but Asakusa and Mizusaki had their moments too. I liked the little sequence that showed Mizusaki's passion for detailed traditional animation, and Asakusa speaking up for herself at the budget meeting was cool too.
I like that the three are able to compromise with one another during production disagreements (even if Kanamori is kinda just manipulating them into agreeing to terms she finds acceptable).

I 100% agree with what you said.
