hmm I prefer the flavour of espresso to brewed coffee, I find brewed tends to be slightly more bitter and needs something to balance that out



to be fair I drink so much espresso these days that the caffeine is mostly an afterthought now.

Depends on the brew. A nice breakfast blend is pretty smooth while your columbian roast is a lot more bitter imo...as is chickory.

I find the italiam roast to be stronger but smooth.

Espresso to me can be more bitter. I like it with steamed milk for sure.

yeah I normally just have a shot of espresso mixed 1:2 with steamed milk, don't normally fuck around with frothing and whatnot other than what comes from the heating process.
