I'd thought it might be too sour. Mine will be less sour, because I used apple vinegar, which is less sour.

I'm about done. I'm preparing sauteed mushrooms like the picture and also sautéed onions. I cut tomatoes to have with it too. Also like the picture. I'm wondering if it'll taste dry though

I've added some white flour to improve the texture. The texture of the first batch was less then perfect.
