So here are the ingredients.

I will grind the cinnamon myself for improved taste. I will use the dark variety of white mushrooms (it's exactly the same species, they just let them grow with access to light) I will use unsalted butter. (Actually, I only use unsalted butter.) The rice is normal (this one is easy-cook, but it shouldn't create any problems). I will use semolina instead of bread crumbs. I will use rapeseed oil for frying. I will serve the rice with sour cream.

I did use a grater attachment with a food processor.
The rice is in the oven now
Hmm that looks larger than a US cup but I'm sure it'll be fine.
I used almond milk with jasmine rice, came out great though

I like grinding spices myself. I used to have a nice grinder. Before that, I used mortar and pestle. I have neither now. My parents have never bothered.

Are those lentils cooked? Otherwise that 1 glass of lentils is a lot bigger than that 1 glass of rice

No, They're soaked, that's why. The rice is dry.

Here is the cup I use.

It's a cyllinder, so you need to adjust for the perspective. It's also higher then wider, unlike in the photo. These two are almost squares.

One good thing about veggie burgers : you don't have to wait until you cook the patty mixture before you can taste it to make sure it's good

OK, so most of the work is now done for me. The tray is waiting for the oven to reach the right temperature. The contents of the bowl are waiting for frying.

Man, that salad is sour. Cutting it with water might have been good. I rinsed it all off in a colander lol.
I can't even taste the rosemary though, and I put in extra.
