when you're cooking you usually want damaged muscle tissue, 's why some meat needs to be tenderized by smacking it repeatedly with a mallet.


I was being facetious about it though.

I like food, and I like many many different flavours. I will eat vegan food if it tastes good and I will eat meat if it tastes good.

i made blender salsa

it's more of a sauce than a salsa

i used fire roasted tomatoes because that's what i could find, i also left the carrots in from the canning process of the jalapenos
