Selina sat under an umbrella by the pool on one of the pool chairs with her nose in an book.To her right was her cup of iced lemonade with one of those little cute umbrella sticking out out it for decoration.She was wearing a simple black bikini with her shoulder length straight and silky black hair up in a high ponytail.Her skinny was pale and delicate which she made sure to leather with sun screen earlier so she wouldn't burn.Her hazel eyes were covered by the sunglasses that she choose to wear that afternoon.
She flipped through the pages of her book after she finished the page she was on and then licked her bottom lip due to her being so into what she was reading.Every once in a while she took a sip out of her lemonade and then went back to reading.She took this time to relax and really enjoy herself cause it was deeply needed.She just wanted to get away from her busy life which is why she decided to take this vacation in the first place.

Ryan had just entered the pool area after checking in and unpacking his luggage. He saw a bunch of recliner chairs so He proceeded that way. He wasn't very athletic so he slowy walked over. His big brown eyes under the sunglasses he wore looking out for the children. Some seemed scared due to his appearance and he didn't blame them. A bigger man still wearing a shirt and large shades and short hair? Of course they'd be afraid. He finally made it to the chairs and sat with his ice water. The place was packed so while there were people near by he didn't sit directly next to anyone in case they were with some. He looked around to see a very muscular man putting on sunscreen on some kids probably their father. There was another man on his laptop. A woman looking very seriously at a book. And lastly a young a good looking couple holding hands lounging.
"Some people have all the luck" he thought to himself.
Selina turned another page in her book and sighed.She wished her life was as interesting as the book that she was reading.She had a bad habit of reading romance novels.Reason being she was an romantic at heart but she didn't let people get close to her.She was scared of getting hurt and heartbroken in all honesty.This stopped her from having a meaningful relationship.Instead she either had flings or meaningless relationships that she left when things got hard or if it was no longer working for her.
She put her book down besides her lemonade,then took a sip out of her drink.She looked around.Seemed to be getting a little busy now compared to how it was when she first arrived.Despite being in the shade she was sweating and decided to take a dip in the pool to cool off.She took her sunglasses and placed them next to her book and drink.She got up and walked over to the pool and sat at the edge before she decided to slip completely in.
The water was nice and refreshing compared to the heat.

Ryan said in his lounge chair. His original intent was to take a nap and he dozed off for a few minutes. But he had other plans for him however, as it was sweltering hot to the point where he could hardly breathe.
"I might as well take a dip in the pool for a while" he thought to himself
he went down the steps into the pool is closed still on. His body embarrassed and so there was no way he was going to take her shirt off even in the pool. He found a spot where people were not in and slowly started to do laps. Despitte his lack of athletic ability he was actually pretty decent at swimming. It began because speed and do lap after lap. he kept a good lookout for others as to not get in their way.
*He continued to swim but the pool was getting more crowded with children. Not wanting to get in the kids way so they could play he stuck to the wall of the pool as nobody seemed to be in the pool save 1 other and a few people sitting on the edge putting there feet in.*
"I wonder if I should get back out and return to my chair"
