I don't think parenting anime and isekai are a good mix. Parenting anime is good because of the slice-of-life context and isekai might be good because it's completely outside the slice-of-life context.

Hmm… I like neither of these genres really, but some combinations might be surprisingly good. (Maybe because of the surprise. :P )

watched episode one of sacred beasts it has some potential :)
