I have a friens who power washed her driveway and accidentally went over her foot with the pressure hose....she was wearing flipflops....and it nearly severed half her foot off.

But I did get hives last week and I couldn't figure out where it came from....nothing I had eaten had wheat but I did eat something new that contained corn gluten. Corn isnt my favorite (unless its a corn chip) so I dont eat corn things often.
And celiac is weird. It can present all sorts of symptoms but you also dont have to have all of the symptoms to be positive for it either. Theres a big gray area.

They were peanut butter and chocolate icing sandwiches. Yup. I'm healthy.
Also I'll be honest, some gluten variations are better than the original. Ever had gluten free graham crackers for smores? Fucking delicious.
When I was vegan, I found that at least 50% of all vegan products were also gluten free so I ate a lot of gluten free as well.
