in 4, there are two vaguely impossible pirates to find, the meowkin pirates (required for land of carnage so everybody wants them) and the commando pirates (nobody wants them unless they're shooting for all pirate ship parts)
in revisited, the vita version, it took me like two or three days to find commando pirates but since they upped the rate for meowkin appearance i found them very quickly
in 4 normal, i just found the commandos while looking for the meowkins so i fully now expect to spend 2 - 3 days looking for the meowkins considering i've just had this wonderful luck
commandos were on my first attempt too, so yaaaaaay
