I'm just thinking about what to buy, a gaming console or upgrade my PC? If console, then which one? Can you help me with the desition?

I'd get an Xbox One it's my personal favourite gaming console but it depends on what interface you get one with. I find the Xbone has a more intuitive UI everything is where you expect it to be, there is something to be said for the old 'pc master race' having better GFX and CPU capabilities but these days the gap is negligible in my opinion. Also console exclusives are a thing so maybe have a look at what games you like to play and go from there

I would have originally agreed with [mention=113825]Nishizono Shinji[/mention] as I was always an Xbox fan over the PlayStation but when I bought my PS4 a couple of years ago that all changed! Without a doubt, my favourite console is now the PS4 - this is mostly due to the games. I like JRPGs and RPGs in general and the PS4 has an abundance of both compared to the Xbox. I also feel that the OS of the PS4 is just cleaner, easier, faster and generally better than the Xbox One. I do still have my Xbox but rarely use it these days. I also have a powerful PC sporting a 1080Ti but again, rarely use it for gaming these days. No matter who you ask, at the end of the day you need to make sure YOU like the console before buying it. Have you played on either the Xbox or PlayStation recently?

I'd say Xbox One as well, i have every platform but xbox is my go to system for gaming and has been for well over a decade and still not bored of it.

On the subject of upgrading your PC, we would first have to know what hardware you have currently installed.
Ultimately, you have to decide on the basis of the game selection, both PC and console have Exclusive titles.
As far as the price goes you would probably come with a console significantly cheaper that if you have to upgrade a PC completely...

I see Truth be told, I need to buy a 4K TV first but I had been considering upgrading to a PS4 Pro for the same reasons

from what I can tell the only difference between ps4 and the pro is just 4k output, the rest is the same afaik. me and some friends debated this before

Haha! It's obviously because the PS4 just doesn't need any other improvements as it's already so good All jokes side though, I was massive Xbox fan boy until the beginning of last year when Microsoft released their new dashboard update and I bought a PS4 on a whim; I just prefer the PS4's OS and exclusive games (namely JRPGs!) now. I don't remember the last time I turned my Xbox One on for more than just to update it..!

I've said this for a while, the difference in hardware is negligible its all about what games you like and what OS suits the individual.
