Anyways, the background looks good, but I almost wonder if it's too subtle. If you're going for a stealthy theme with the ninja then it's perfect, but maybe shrink the sig or add more stuff? IDK, but the left side just feels a little barren to me.

It's a very nice piece, but ninjas are not supposed to be noticeable. This one you can't help to notice! Looks like a modified sailor fuku, which would be right without all the hardware for a ninja.

The Ninja set is nice.

I do agree that the ninja needs to be hidden.They are known for it but overall it is a nice edit.
I also agree that the avatar feels like it is missing something but I can't put my finger on what though.I may have to think on it in order to give you some ideas

So I made this one I'm thinking it's missing something maybe some dark trees in the back or something or maybe some flying sand of some sort. There are multiple versions I'm working one with a boarder and one without a boarder and depends on the colors of the boarders as well. I was thinking of putting cracks in the tombstones maybe.

Now this I actually like. Very interesting and reminds me of the anime I am watching- probably is from the same series: Ajin. Well it's on Netflix and I haven't seen the end yet as I have been busy with other things, but absolutely brilliant.
