I almost made the legacy dedicated to Jorah, I really liked his character and his death scene was probably my favorite in the show. but overall I liked Theon's character arc better.

I honestly hated Theon in the beginning until he was tortured by Ramsey and then after that I felt sorry for him and obviously ended up liking him in the end when he came back and helped try to protect Bran from the Night King.
