Wow, those first three basically fit my mother to a t. I guess it's my mother's day on Mother's Day! (I got her a placard that says "To the world you are a mother, but to your children, you are the world." She loved it <3 )

May 13th 2019

Today is

World Bellydance Day!
Time to get up and do a bellydance!
Image

Leprechaun Day!
Leprechauns have been part of Irish folklore for many years, known for being mischievous creatures who will give you gold if you catch them. They are loved and are deserving of their own day.
Image

Frog Jumping Day!
A day for jumping over frogs? A day for watching frogs jump? A day to play leap frog? It’s a day dedicated to some sort of frog jumping!

A few for today but there are more out there :) [/align]

May 14th 2019

Today is

Buttermilk Biscuit Day!
In the USA, this holiday celebrates the delicious Buttermilk Biscuit!
Very similar looking to a scone, except I think the only difference is that scones have eggs in them.
Image

Chicken Dance Day!
Following bellydance day, today is chicken dance day xD

I would say here in the UK, a cookie is much softer/chunkier, sometimes bigger than a biscuit. I suppose they are both very similar but to me...

These are cookies.

Oh!
