I love guacamole but I can't digest it well. If I eat too much of it (like half a teaspoon does it sometimes) or eat it in the wrong way or at the wrong time (I don't even know what it is, really), then I get something close to heartburn/acid reflux for 1-2 hours.
It's very much a shame. Guacamole is so good.

Avocado allergy is a thing, especially if you're sensitive to histamines or allergic to latex.
