I'm currently trying to get a new logo for the third game of my RPG series.
I want to come up with a new and really nice one, but I'm out of ideas at the moment! >.<

The first logo:

Personally I would try to take something unique to the third game and incorporate it into the logo. Is there a new area? New character? New important item? Kind of similar to Majoras Mask having the mask in the background, if that makes any sense.
Also maybe go for yellow/green text as that would contrast nicely with the first two logos?

I recently commissioned some artwork for 4 characters from the third game and I already had an example logo made beforehand, along with some chosen backgrounds and put 'em all together.
This is supposedly what the title screen could look like, to give you an idea.



I'm really happy with the look I have so far, the characters you see are probably the most important ones throughout the game (but of course there will be other important characters also).
The reason I had chosen this type of blue & orange/red for the logo is as a tribute to the two main protagonists of the previous games.
Since the third game will be 23 years after the events of the last game, following the story of the next generation, I felt it was very fitting.

Oh I love it! The blue and orangey-red creates a nice contrast, and if it tributes the first two games that's definitely a neat touch!

Thanks, I'm happy to hear that you like the design!
However now I'm thinking of whether I should stick with this for now, or if I should make something black & red related?
The story involves students from an academy where they all wear black & red colored uniforms (like you can see in the image above), so I'm not entirely sure just yet.
I was hoping someone else could've also given a shot at making a logo for me, so I could take inspiration from it and learn
