yeah I often do that move my wrist back and forth and use a stress ball as well. I had surgery on it so sometimes it get's tired faster but I'm always moving it and something hot or cold works to help stiffened or cramping muscles.

carpal tunnel? very good to do exercises on any kind of wrist surgery, loosens up and helps the nerves, which tend to be the main problem for people

I also have a bad rotater cuff in my right shoulder so if that's bothering me the whole arm to the wrist is sore. I used my ice on my shoulder which helps. I did therapy when I noticed and heat doesn't help.

cysts aren't horrible on wrists though, but carpal tunnel you gotta nip in the bud quick, otherwise you start losing hand sensitivity/ability over a long enough period of time
