Wow, nice work! Love seeing how you hollowed out the eye socket and buried a ball in there, impressive!

How long did it take between the first and the last?

Hmmm... I started around maybe 10 in the morning, didn't finish until about 8 pm or so with an hour or two break in between. It was surprisingly very relaxing just playing with the clay. And since it is reusable, when I was done I just melted it back down into the container. Lots of fun.

Thank you everyone for the compliments. I doubt I'll be finishing the piece unfortunately. The reason being I start back up with my online college art courses.

On the plus side, you'll be seeing a lot more digital art from me in the next coming months as one of my classes will be Digital Painting. Wish me luck!

Love the proportions on your subject! Consistent appearance, clothing folds, very nicely done! It'll be interesting to watch you develop your concept!

Latest speed paint. This is my 1st project for Digital painting. The as part of the 1st assignment we were to take our favorite animal and personify it with traits of ourselves. I haven't named her yet unforunately, but this week's assignment is shading studies using some of the thumbnails we created the first week. I was only supposed to pick 1 thumbnail, but I could decided which one I wanted to do. So I picked three. This is the first of the three thumbnail studies so far.

I like watching videos on shading it looks pretty cool.

You never realise there's more to do with it then you think.

So my digital painting professor has a youtube... let me just say, he's kinda amazing. I might have artist envy.
