I'm relaxed. I finished work early and now I have the rest of the week to myself.

How are you right this second?

in a lot of pain, I put my back out at work yesterday(picking up a packet of cigarettes that had escaped from the cigarette cabinet). I went home, slept on my side with my knees up to stretch out my back muscles and felt fine this morning, but when I was getting ready for work I put my back out again putting my trousers on. I’m laying on my side with my knees up again but the pain this time was excruciating so I don’t think it’s gonna work this time.

I made a very healthy roasted chicken dinner and it was super yummy.

a lot better than I was, I don’t know if it’s the co-codamol I’ve taken or the cura-heat pad I’ve put on or a combination of the two but I can move around relatively pain free. I get the odd twinge but I think even they’ll be gone by morning

First day back to training after the break, so physically tired and expecting to be a bit sore tomorrow.
To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.

you're like one of the only people on here who understands how it feels to have too little sleep, it's the worst D: the feeling of waking up at what feels like 7/8am before checking your phone to see that i's only like 4am honestly kills me!

as for myself today, i'm feeling pretty good for once and a little less insecure which is also nice :3
