Above.
They allegedly repaired the toilet seat in the bathroom last Friday afternoon (they sent for Dad to come down even though I specifically told SYHA I wasn't available due to being at the Odeon viewing a movie), the seat is allegedly fixed, however it isn't as it's still rather loose and needs their attention again.
Grr FFS! I hate talking to this company! You'd literally get more sense talking to next door's dog!
Anyway, is there a cheap/easy way to fit a new seat without having to phone the SYHA clowns tomorrow?
I am aware of Google.

Depends on the type of seat.
If it is an older "traditional" seat, try tightening up the two butterfly nuts underneath the back of the seat.
Modern "top fixing" seats are a little different. This video might help.

To those just starting on the journey of life I say...
Bang your own drum. Walk your own path. Live wildly. Love fiercely.
As you near the end, look back with no regrets.

I reported it this morning, even though SYHA are no longer allowed to talk to me apparently as I "keep swearing/shouting at them", I wouldn't mind but that's not directly my fault, it's them wot don't understand my strong local accent and I have to repeat myself like 5 times to tell them stuff! I freely admit I have NO patience but come on!
