Royal Mail's messed up again! TWICE!

A couple of weeks ago, I had 2 successful sales on eBay, I know not to use Evri/Hermes for delivering after what happened last time... Turns out Royal Mail are just as bad if not worse! I had to return an item I bought, a Robocop cosplay because it didn't fit, Dad sent it off by RM, the seller messaged me this lunch time, he's not got it back yet and it was posted a fortnight last Monday ago.

Same with that Batman Funko Pop I bought from Notts comic con last month, I realised I probably wouldn't use it so I listed it on eBay and it sold within a day, took it to the PO a week last Friday ago, and the buyer's messaged me saying she hasn't received it! As a goodwill gesture, I've offered the £4 back, I shouldn't have to though, RM shouldn't be this incompetent!

Has anyone else had problems?

Are RM on strike again right now?
