Tired of constantly losing to the Rangers, as a result of their corrupt and incompetent leaders, one of evil alien army members, known as Foot Soldier D decides to fight fire with fire and infiltrate the Ranger Corps to win by sabotage. Yumeko Suzukiri, a disgruntled lower-level Ranger who has issues with the way the Ranger Corps operates. Hibiki Sakurama, a true-blue Ranger who hopes to recapture the ideas and ways of the original Ranger teams of old that he believes have been lost in the Corps current iteration.
