It's where you feed your cream a whole bunch of burgers and fries so it's arteries get all clogged up with cholesterol and then a small cream clot.makes it's way to the heart and then it goes into cardiac arrest and after it does you perform an autopsy to harvest the clots

Its an Irish recipe...I think its similar to butter. But you make it by baking heavy cream on a low temp for 12hrs and then you let it cool and chill for 8. Ive never actually had it but it looks amazing and sounded easy enough for even me to make xD
