I'd give that a try.

Looks like bourbon or scotch are commonly the whiskey component (though I'd be surprised if someone didn't also make it with Tennessee whiskey in the past). Which did you use?

I used bourbon and scotch I like strong drinks. ( you can use Tennessee whiskey everyone makes there own version of cocktails)

I don't have amaretto though, and don't know how much I'd use it.

Drambuie might do the trick, use a shot glass to measure or think how much would you put in if it was you drinking it.

exactly you can never have to much liqueurs the more the better
