Grr FFS, the support guy rang in sick this morning!
Fortunately we were at the Flat early anyway for a Gas Man, but it's a bit annoying that this ALWAYS happens when I have various agendas, and they can never cover the calls at short notice! And they wonder why there's a crisis in the flippin' care sector?! They're so desperate for staff, they'll employ anyone with a pulse who can pass a basic DBS disclosure (although due to the "vulnerable" nature of most of the clients, it should be an enhanced one IMO)
