Should I get a ROG Xbox Ally or a Meta Quest 3 VR Headset for Christmas?

Obviously the VR Headset is significantly cheaper at £300 versus the £500 ROG Xbox Ally, but I'm not sure if I'd be able to use a VR Headset with my hearing aid?

Can anyone help?

I have a Facebook account for the Meta Quest 3.

I know this is quite late.

If you have the space get the Quest 3. If space is limited then get the ROG. However there are other factors that cross over. For instance my friend has the ROG Ally X and because it has steam he has mentioned wanting to play VR games (he has a quest 2) through his Rog but I can't confirm if he's actually managed it. All in all he really likes it.

Also with the Quest 3, be prepared to spend upwards of £100 on 3rd party equipment as the head strap it comes with isn't very comfy and has no extra battery, also it's a wise choice to look into straps for the controllers.

Personally, VR gaming/media is next level so I'd recommend the quest 3.
