Watching stuff on Crunchyroll without a Premium account?

I managed to reset my password for my free Crunchyroll account last night, yet every time I tried to watch anything, it's locked behind a Premium account.

Is there a way to watch stuff free? Even with ads?

I am aware of Google and they have Crunchyroll in North America.

Probably because I AM a Premium subscriber, I'm not able to see what are Premium series, and which are not.

I'll try to get onto the site with another device to see if I can find out that way.

Generally, series from the last few years, and series that are very popular are Premium. Older, less popular series are usually free with adds.

Having had a little poke around the internet, any series released BEFORE Spring 2022 MAY be available for free. Series released from April 2022 will need a subscription.
