I am one of the exhibitors at the upcoming London Anime and Gaming Con on 30–31 August 2025.

I would like to kindly ask when we can expect to receive details regarding the booth setup — including setup times, arrival instructions and any other relevant information.

It would be greatly appreciated if we could receive this information soon, as it will help us plan our logistics and prepare accordingly.
