I should take a pick of the backyard where all the plants are, we have colored that glow in the dark it's pretty cool

There There , everyone wants to cry once in a while, tears (different from reflex tears from dust/onions) contain stress hormones like cortisol and other byproducts of stress. Releasing them may help reduce their levels in the body.

Crying also activates the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), which promotes relaxation after a stressful event.
