Favourite episodes: Doomsday, The Lazarus Experiment, Blink, Partners in Crime, Silence in the Library, Journeys End, Waters of Mars. There is a lot more to choose from.
Further notes: When The Lazarus Experiment was being recorded, I was one of the lucky few to meet David Tennant, my younger self was overjoyed, and I still am all these years later.

Favourite episodes: State of Decay (Tom Baker), Genesis of the Daleks (Tom Baker), Remembrance of the Daleks (Sylvester McCoy), Planet of the Spiders (Jon Pertwee)
Further notes: I've actually met Sophie "Ace" Aldred at Elsecar comic con last May, and Sylvester McCoy, also controversially, I don't think Paul McGann counts as an actual 8th Doctor as he only played the role on screen once.
