haven't updated in a lil while

things are fair, i was having some real rough times late last month, but i'm feeling on the up and up now

not much to really report, other than i've drawn 5 days in a row so far and i'm hoping to beat my old record of 84 days in a row : D

up to 10 days now assuming i'm keeping the right count... this is gonna take a while, but i love drawing and it's fun to do and helps reduce my anxiety : D

it's one of those nights where you just feel miserable, you feel like you piss everyone off, and you feel like a total failure because you're not doing stuff like hold down a job, go driving somewhere, or even just... go make new friends in the area

@Snowbot Hey Beex ^^ Welcome to our journal! o/

I was going to do a long update but I just don't have the energy. :/

The entire household is sick except me (I'm hanging on by a thread it seems) and Guen tested positive for Covid as of last Thursday. She'll be able to return to school on Tuesday as long as she is fever free without the help of medication. Honestly I don't think she ever had a fever really, it was mainly throwing up (first day only), headache, body aches, stuffy nose, coughing and sneezing. I'll still be going to work, just wearing a mask until I know for sure they are over it.

Time to go make some tea and keep my fingers crossed I guess. xD

I had this stupid virus for three weeks going on, the cough is nearly done. It's the cough that lingers grr. Hope you stay not sick.

Well something finally got me.. I went to work yesterday and started feeling like someone hit me with a padded bat from head to toe but I stuck it out. I was going crazy being cooped up in the house all weekend. One of our ASL’s convinced me to stay on for OT just to do a couple of runs in Clicklist because they were getting behind.

Later at home I took a hot shower and then started having chills and a temperature of 100.8 (probably higher tbh) so I texted the relay manager and told him I was calling out sick for tomorrow. I took Tylenol and melatonin and tried to get some sleep. I still feel like crap but at least my fever is gone.
